The HRIS Analyst will provide day-to-day support in a fast-paced environment, assisting the wider HR team with system-related activities. This includes troubleshooting issues, understanding and interpreting system configurations, and clearly communicating system set-ups to stakeholders. The role also has a strong operational focus, supporting and driving key annual HR processes such as the performance review cycle, compensation reviews, and mandatory learning periods. This is a 12 month fixed-term contract In addition, the role includes a strong reporting element, working closely with key stakeholders and system users to deliver meaningful MI reporting. The HRIS Analyst will quickly adapt to and understand the organisation's unique system configuration, using their knowledge and experience to identify opportunities to improve processes within and around Workday. Role and Responsibilities: The role will support the HR teams in London, Sydney, Singapore, and other business hubs Overall maintenance of Workday, supporting end-users by troubleshooting and remediating issues and queries Annual Calendar - design, test, rollout, and support of key business processes such as Performance Review Management, Annual Compensation Review, Mandatory Learning Projects - implementation of 3rd party system integrations, organisational re-designs, process and report upgrades BAU - updating system functionality, MI reporting, responding to system queries, support internal & external audit requests, security administration, integration maintenance System Upgrades - testing and implementing bi-annual releases, configuration of new features Creation of MI reporting - annual, monthly and ad-hoc Maintaining user guides, documentation, and intranet pages for employee, manager and HR use Responding to internal and external audit requests Key Skills and Experience: Experience working within a global HR department, and with multiple stakeholders across the business Proven experience with Workday HCM (essential), experience with one or more of the following: Reporting, Absence, Recruiting, Performance, Learning, Advanced Compensation (all desirable) Advanced Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills Knowledge of configuration of reports and custom dashboard creation, calculated fields, business processes, security groups, performance review templates, absence plans Understanding of troubleshooting integrations Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy The ability to manage and own projects CMC Markets is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of gender, sexual orientation, marital or civil partner status, gender reassignment, race, colour, nationality, ethnic or national origin, religion or belief, disability or age.
