Your role will involve managing end-to-end master data operations, leading a team, and ensuring data governance, quality, and compliance across European business operations. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage end-to-end MDM operations including data creation, validation, enrichment, approvals, and maintenance. - Lead and manage a team of 10+ members in a Shared Services / GBS setup. - Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and SOPs. - Ensure high data quality through KPI tracking, RCA, and CAPA. - Collaborate closely with global stakeholders and European teams. - Drive automation initiatives using SAP MDG/MDM, RPA, and reporting tools. - Ensure audit compliance, GDPR adherence, and documentation standards. - Handle SLA/KPI tracking, escalations, and performance management. **Experience Required:**
7+ years in MDM / Data Management. - 3+ years in Team Handling with a minimum of 10 full-time employees. **Required Skills:**
Master Data Management (MDM), SAP MDG, Data Governance. - SAP ECC / S4 HANA (MM, SD, FI, CO modules). - Data Quality Management, SLA/KPI Management. - Team Handling, Stakeholder Management. - Process Improvement, RCA, CAPA. **Preferred Skills:**
