We are currently looking for a Director, Hong Kong & Asia-Pacific to support the growth and market development of PCGS across Hong Kong, Japan, and the broader Asia-Pacific region. This role will focus on driving regional sales, strengthening dealer and collector relationships, and expanding PCGS's presence in key regional markets. This leader will operate in a highly cross-functional environment, partnering with centralized marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure the region is effectively supported while driving business results. This role will be based in Hong Kong and will report to the General Manager, PCGS APAC working closely with global leadership to align regional strategy with PCGS's long-term growth objectives. What You'll Do Drive Regional Growth and Market Development: Execute regional sales and business development initiatives to drive growth across Hong Kong, Japan, and key Asia-Pacific markets. Identify new market opportunities and expand PCGS's presence among collectors, dealers, and industry partners. Build and Manage Key Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, collectors, auction houses, and strategic partners across the region. Identify and cultivate new clients and partnerships to increase submissions and expand the PCGS network. Partner with Marketing to Drive Regional Growth: Partner closely with the global marketing team to ensure regional priorities are reflected in campaigns, events, and brand initiatives. Provide market insights and local expertise to guide marketing strategy and collector engagement. Support regional events, trade shows, and marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness and submissions. Partner with Operations to Enable Regional Performance: Work closely with global operations teams to ensure service levels and operational support meet the needs of the Asia-Pacific market. Provide regional input to improve workflows, submission processes, and customer experience. Advocate for resources and capabilities required to support regional growth. Provide Market Intelligence and Reporting: Monitor regional market trends, collector behavior, and competitive dynamics. Deliver reports, analytics, and forecasts to senior leadership to guide strategic decision-making. Build and Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead, mentor, and develop regional staff while fostering a high-performance culture aligned with PCGS values. Ensure strong collaboration across global teams including operations, marketing, and sales. Who You Are Experienced Commercial Leader: You bring 10 - 15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles, with a strong track record of growing revenue and expanding client networks. Relationship Builder: You have a proven ability to develop trusted relationships with dealers, collectors, and strategic partners in international markets. Strategic Thinker: You are comfortable developing market strategies, identifying growth opportunities, and executing initiatives that expand brand presence and drive revenue. Market and Industry Awareness: You understand the dynamics of enthusiast-driven or luxury markets and know how to grow businesses within collector ecosystems. Strong Communicator: You communicate clearly and effectively with clients, partners, and global leadership. Team Leader: You build strong teams, motivate staff, and foster a collaborative and results-driven culture. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the collectibles, auction, or grading industries. Experience managing call center or customer service operations at scale. Prior responsibility for customer experience metrics such as NPS, CSAT, or service-level performance. Experience leading high performing sales teams Travel Requirements Willingness and ability to travel approximately 25–30% of the time for coin shows, customer meetings, and internal collaboration. Compensation The salary range for this position is competitive and will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
