As a Payroll Accounting Analyst at our global team, you will be responsible for supporting end-to-end payroll processing across multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely delivery in line with payroll calendars, local regulations, and internal controls. Your role will involve managing payroll inputs for various countries, validating and reconciling HR data, reviewing gross-to-net calculations, responding to employee queries, collaborating with stakeholders, performing reconciliations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end payroll inputs for multiple global countries, ensuring adherence to monthly payroll calendars and cut-off timelines. - Accurately input and maintain payroll data within the system, ensuring completeness and consistency of records. - Validate and reconcile HR data (including Workday inputs) to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing. - Review and verify gross-to-net payroll calculations, with a clear understanding of system-driven outputs and statutory deductions. - Respond to employee payroll queries within defined SLAs, providing timely and accurate resolutions. - Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure smooth payroll operations and issue resolution. - Perform payroll reconciliations and ensure compliance with local statutory regulations across global jurisdictions. - Partner with global stakeholders on payroll-related aspects of expenses and headcount reporting. - Support payroll accounting activities, including journal entries and month-end close processes. - Maintain clear and professional communication, leveraging strong written and verbal English skills. Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred. - 5+ years of experience in a payroll role or a similar finance position. - Understanding of end-to-end Payroll Accounting Process. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with vendors and internal teams. - Working knowledge of specific software (e.g., NetSuite Oracle, Workday). - Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for reporting and reconciliation. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, multinational environment.
