• Ability to work in a rapid-paced, cross-functional environment Role Overview: As the Finance Manager Supply Chain & Procurement, you will serve as a strategic business partner to the Supply Chain and Procurement teams. Your primary responsibilities will include driving financial planning, cost optimization, budgeting, and performance analysis across sourcing, logistics, inventory, and vendor management. It is crucial for you to ensure financial discipline, transparency, and value creation across the end-to-end supply chain. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning for supply chain and procurement functions

• Analyze cost drivers such as raw materials, logistics, warehousing, and inventory holding to provide actionable insights for cost efficiency and working capital improvement

• Identify opportunities for cost savings across procurement, logistics, and supply chain operations

• Monitor and control procurement spend, ensuring alignment with budgets and targets

• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Procurement, and Operations teams to provide financial guidance on sourcing strategies, vendor selection, and make-vs-buy decisions

• Oversee inventory valuation, provisioning, and obsolescence analysis to optimize inventory levels and improve cash flow

• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis related to supply chain costs to support data-driven actionable insights

• Drive process improvements in procurement and supply chain finance operations while supporting the implementation and optimization of ERP and financial systems

Qualification Required:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA/CMA preferred)
• 710 years of experience in finance, with exposure to supply chain or procurement finance
• Experience in manufacturing, retail, FMCG, or logistics environments is highly preferred
