As an E-commerce Growth Hacker & Social Media Strategist at our client's dynamic team in Surat, Gujarat, IN, your role is crucial in driving online sales, brand awareness, and customer engagement across various digital platforms. You will be tasked with developing and implementing strategies to enhance user acquisition, conversion rates, and customer retention. Your deep understanding of e-commerce principles, social media marketing, and data analytics will be key in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies for the e-commerce platform. - Manage and optimize all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest) to increase brand visibility and engagement. - Create compelling and shareable content tailored to each platform and target audience. - Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns, monitoring budgets and optimizing for ROI. - Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement. - Conduct A/B testing on website elements, ad creatives, and marketing campaigns to maximize performance. - Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic. - Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, segmenting audiences and personalizing content for impact. - Stay updated with the latest trends in e-commerce, social media marketing, and digital advertising. - Collaborate with design, content, and product teams to ensure brand consistency and campaign effectiveness. - Manage influencer marketing campaigns to broaden reach and build credibility. - Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities. - Report regularly on key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders. Qualifications:
Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist, Social Media Manager, or similar role. - Demonstrable success in driving e-commerce sales and online growth. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing principles. - Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms. - Excellent content creation and copywriting skills. - Experience with graphic design tools is a plus. - Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify and WooCommerce. - Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
