We are now looking for a 4 Square Regional Trading Partner, based in the upper North Island (Auckland, Waikato, Bay of Plenty), to help accelerate store performance and elevate the customer experience across your region. Te Tūranga – About the role

As a 4 Square Regional Trading Partner, you’ll work for Foodstuffs North Island and partner directly with 4 Square store owners to drive sales, trading performance, and commercial excellence. You’ll be a hands‑on retail strategist - blending practical store know‑how with strong commercial insight - to unlock growth opportunities, improve trading outcomes, and support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences that keep shoppers coming back. In this role, you will:

·       Own the sales, margin, and profitability performance of your region

·       Lead initiatives that grow foot traffic, improve conversion, and increase basket size
