As we continue to evolve our enterprise strategy and strengthen organizational performance, we are seeking a strategic, experienced, and collaborative financial executive to serve as our Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer (EVP/CFO). Reporting directly to the President & CEO, the EVP/CFO is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team and serves as the Agency’s senior financial officer. This role is responsible for enterprise-wide financial leadership and stewardship, including oversight of all financial and accounting functions for the Agency, including Devens as a stand-alone enterprise. The EVP/CFO ensures the integrity of financial operations, aligns financial strategy with organizational priorities, strengthens enterprise-wide financial discipline, and supports long-term sustainability through data-informed decision-making and strong fiscal governance. What You'll Do
What We're Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field required
CPA, MBA, or equivalent advanced certification strongly preferred
10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a senior executive-level role (CFO, Deputy CFO, Assistant CFO, or equivalent)
Demonstrated expertise across financial planning and analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, investments, treasury management, and risk management
Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments; public sector, economic development, infrastructure, financial services, or similar environments preferred
Knowledge of government finance, municipal finance, lending, real estate development, or related disciplines strongly preferred
Proven success leading and developing high-performing teams and driving enterprise-level financial and operational outcomes
Strong strategic thinking, analytical capability, and problem-solving skills
Exceptional executive communication skills, with demonstrated experience presenting to senior leadership teams and Boards of Directors
Demonstrated ability to influence, collaborate, and operate effectively in a highly visible executive leadership environment. What We Offer
