Why This Role Matters As a Fleet Back Office Agent, you play a key role in ensuring the accurate administration of fleet contracts, billing processes, and master data. You will support both internal teams and external partners, helping deliver high-quality services while maintaining operational efficiency and data accuracy across systems. What You'll Do Manage end-to-end fleet contract setup in SAP, including customer, pricing, vehicles, and billing configurations. Maintain and update fleet master data (customers, vendors, contracts, fleet lists, pricing, and assets). Handle billing activities, including pre-invoicing checks, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring timely month-end closure. Support customer and service provider queries (invoicing, pricing, mileage, and service-related requests). Perform and support system activities such as job monitoring, intercompany processes, and vendor self-billing. Collaborate closely with Front Office teams, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. Contribute to process improvements, testing activities, and act as a point of support for junior team members. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree. 2–3 years of experience in a support function (customer service, help desk, or similar). Previous experience with SAP and good Excel knowledge. Minimum 1 year of experience in a Fleet Back Office role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).
