As a Specialist Business Intelligence Analyst at JLL, you will be part of the Business Intelligence Team committed to continuous learning and innovation. Your role will involve developing end-to-end analytical solutions for complex business initiatives, translating business requirements into insightful dashboards and analysis to maximize compliance, productivity, and profitability. You will also be responsible for leading the technical development of complex Business Intelligence initiatives, working closely with key stakeholders and sprint development teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the development of analytical Proof of Concepts to demonstrate potential return on investment and transforming them into sustainable processes

• Developing sustainable solutions that can be adopted by your business area and shared across JLL

• Mentoring and coaching other Business Intelligence Analysts within the business

• Leading the development of Proof of Concepts to showcase new technology and techniques

• Identifying and implementing industry best practices in analytics

• Facilitating the continuous growth in skills and knowledge of other analysts within the business

• Actively participating in defining the Business Intelligence strategy and identifying opportunities for growth

Qualifications Required:
