10 years of experience in global functions including product management, sales, account management, and/or marketing
Experience understanding Asia markets and customer base
Experience in service operations and field service activities would be an asset
Thorough understanding of energy and power distribution customer needs and segments, electrical products, applications, and processes

Experience in M&A, partnership management, and delivery of complex customer projects is a strong asset

Fluency in English is essential (written and spoken) Role Overview: As the Global Product Manager for the Advisory Services Product Line at ABB Electrification Service division, your primary responsibility is to contribute to the overall advisory services business strategy. You will play a crucial role in planning, monitoring, and developing a global portfolio for the advisory service offering. Your focus will be on advising customers to enhance the safety, reliability, and sustainability of their operations. Specifically, in Asia, you will drive the successful implementation of the advisory services strategy aligned with global priorities to achieve qualitative and quantitative targets profitably. Your role will involve localizing the global advisory services offering, developing a local offering portfolio, and ensuring successful project execution. Additionally, you will be instrumental in promoting continuous development of people and processes within the advisory service teams. Key Responsibilities:
Contribute to the development of the new advisory services portfolio by leading customer need and value analysis, planning, and monitoring portfolio performance for Asia
Lead continuous business analysis of the existing portfolio and potential new portfolio items, including reviewing potential partnering options
Direct creation of the local offering business plan, ensuring alignment with the global strategy, defining the business model, and approving the pricing model
Analyze and track market, technology, competitors, and trends related to the offering, including relevant regulations, to determine competitive attributes and value proposition towards customers
Support the creation, planning, and implementation of advisory service sales strategy and strategic business development initiatives
Coordinate advisory service sales activities and operational project execution with country organizations and support local sales teams in achieving order intake, margin, and related objectives
