As a Technical Administrator & Access Support, your role involves supporting SaaS platforms, access management, and reporting within the Legal & Compliance operations in the Strategy & Operations Business Intelligence team. You will be responsible for managing platform permissions, providing technical support, developing SharePoint solutions, and contributing to analytics and workflow optimization. Key Responsibilities:
Manage permissions and access controls across multiple SaaS platforms to ensure security and compliance. - Provide technical support to users, resolving issues related to platform functionality and reporting. - Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, libraries, and workflows to support team operations. - Create and update documentation, training materials, and user guides. - Build and optimize workflows to streamline legal and compliance processes. - Assist with data preparation, analytics, and visualization efforts. - Support evolving requirements across legal functions, including Privacy and Contracting teams. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions and improvements. Qualifications Required:
2+ years of experience in SaaS platform administration and technical support. - Hands-on experience managing user permissions, access controls, and security compliance. - Proficiency in SharePoint development, including site creation, configuration, and maintenance. - Strong experience providing technical support and troubleshooting SaaS platform issues. - Experience building workflows, documentation, and training materials for end users. - Familiarity with data preparation, reporting, and basic analytics. - Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail. - Proven documentation and knowledge transfer abilities.
