As a Deal Origination Associate at Graystone Capital, you will play a crucial role in building and managing a structured pipeline of qualified deal opportunities across GCC and Asia markets. Your responsibilities will include deal generation, market research, opportunity qualification, outreach and client engagement, pipeline and CRM management, as well as internal coordination and handover. The position requires a highly disciplined and process-driven mindset, strong market research skills, structured thinking, and excellent communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
2-5 years of experience in lead generation or deal origination
Background in financial services, corporate banking, or trade finance preferred
Exposure to GCC or international markets is an advantage
Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
Strong market research and pipeline-building capabilities
High discipline in follow-ups and CRM tracking
Structured thinking and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic proficiency is a plus

Identify SMEs and mid-sized corporates in need of working capital, trade finance, or other structured financing
Conduct sector-based research across MENA and Asia to identify target segments and emerging opportunities
Generate deals through various channels such as LinkedIn, digital platforms, business directories, and industry networks
Screen prospects based on various criteria and prepare structured opportunity summaries for review
Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and calls, and maintain consistent follow-up and engagement tracking
Maintain an accurate pipeline in CRM, prepare reports on outreach volume, qualification rates, and deal progression
Collaborate with advisory teams to align on target sectors, client profiles, and deal parameters, and ensure smooth handover of opportunities
