Running from 15 June 2026 (Monday) to 7 August 2026 (Friday), the Preface Internship Programme offers comprehensive technical teacher training and an opportunity to be placed in one of the Company's business units, based on business requirements and the Intern's preference (where possible). Over the course of 8 weeks, Interns will engage in hands-on programming teaching to students aged 4-14, and participate in day-to-day executions of business units. The Programme aims to provide a thorough understanding of the tech education industry by offering exposure to various aspects of the business; and to enhance technical knowledge, communication skills, and business acumen. What will you experience? - Training to teach programming, supported by the latest technology, such as AI-recommended teaching methods and proprietary learning materials
[Main Role] Hands-on teaching experience for kids and teenagers in a 1:1 or group setting, inspiring them to see programming as part of their daily lives in the future
[Secondary Role] Engagement in different business functions to gain hands-on experience, supported by the latest technologies, platforms, and tools:
Product Team - Assist in content creation, curation and deployment, as well as working on holistic product experience and instructor operations
Marketing Team - Assist in preparation of marketing materials, data tracking for leads and events
Sales Team - Assist in both B2C and B2B areas of the business
Schools Team - Assist in proposal preparation and event operations
Operations Team - Assist in the day-to-day class operations of the B2C arm of the business
Finance Team - Assist in bookkeeping, data management and corporate finance operations
CEO Office - Assist in strategic partnerships and prepare for special events
Requirements
Undergraduate students from Computer Science/Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Management or related disciplines (Year 3 & 4 preferred)
Strong enthusiasm and passion, to teach and mentor kids, teenagers
Creative, digital-savvy, detail-minded, proactive with high learning agility
Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
