Key Responsibilities:
Partner with the Asia COO to establish a centralized operations division, analyze the current operating model, and implement future structures. - Support the India CEO and Executive team as a strategic advisor on operations, technology, and digital transformation. - Lead the development and implementation of strategies for operational excellence and transformation using AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. - Develop and operationalize India's business strategy for a best-in-class Operations & Technology organization. - Build a long-term operating vision with centers of excellence in operational effectiveness, process automation, and IT innovation. - Oversee 300+ employees and contractors to foster a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Required:
Minimum 15+ years of Operations & Technology experience, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. - Proven track record in organizational transformation utilizing AI, automation, and emerging technologies. - Experience in leading AI or digital transformation programs integrated with core business operations. - Demonstrated success in M&A post-acquisition integration for transactions within the $10M$250M range. - Expertise in process design, project management, and change leadership with proficiency in operational excellence frameworks. - Excellent relationship-building, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or higher certification preferred; AI or Digital Transformation certification is a plus. Role Overview: You will be responsible for delivering superior service to clients by optimizing processes, technology, and people to enhance financial performance, increase investment capacity, and manage risk. You will build sustainable capabilities to support service delivery standards and analyze data, tools, and operational standards. Your role will involve evaluating operations to ensure they meet company objectives, business needs, and service agreements.
