Senior Project Management Standards Specialist Company: The Boeing Company Boeing's Global Real Estate & Facilities (GREF) organization is seeking a Senior Project Management Standards Specialist to join our Projects Assets Construction & Engineering (PACE) Operational Excellence Team. The Project Management Standards Specialist will support the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of process improvement initiatives across a range of facility and operational efforts. This role partners closely with internal stakeholders, project teams and cross-functional organizations to ensure project objectives, timelines and organizational goals are achieved effectively and efficiently. In addition, the Specialist supports command media and project management governance activities through the development, implementation and maintenance of standards, processes, procedures, tools and templates aligned with Boeing Facilities' project management practices. The role also contributes to organizational capability development by supporting training initiatives, preparing instructional materials, facilitating knowledge transfer and promoting compliance with established project management processes and organizational requirements. Through active participation in strategic initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, this position helps drive consistency, operational excellence and effective execution across the project management function. Position Responsibilities: Support the planning and execution of key PACE organizational initiatives Assist in developing, updating and maintaining command media, including policies, procedures and templates Evaluate existing guidance materials and recommend improvements for clarity and consistency Help ensure command media is accurate, current and aligned with organizational requirements Develop and deliver training materials to support project management processes and standards Provide coaching and knowledge transfer to strengthen team capability and process understanding Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to resolve issues and support initiative execution Prepare presentations, status updates and supporting materials for leaders and stakeholders Track progress, document outcomes and support continuous improvement across project efforts Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): 5+ years of experience in facilities construction implementation, including developing project requirements, design and constructability reviews and negotiating construction documents 5+ years of experience preparing and delivering presentations or proposals to management and clients 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects that involved cross-functional or cross-business unit teams 3+ years of experience teaching, coaching and developing others 3+ years of experience leading projects using Project Management Best Practices and tools Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or higher Program Management Professional (PMP) Experience crafting and evaluating policies, procedures and other guidance materials Experience creating educational materials, training programs or digital learning experiences Experience developing and delivering key organizational (PACE) initiatives ensuring accurate, timely, and clear alignment Experience with Procore, Wrike, and / or Microsoft Project computer applications Experience with construction management knowledge including means and methods, permits, codes and contracting strategies Experience working independently and managing assigned tasks with minimal supervision Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and process work Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company's Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process.
