They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. In transaction services at PwC, you will provide strategic advice and support to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. Your work will include conducting due diligence, financial analysis, and managing the transaction process. Your Impact Helping our clients in the Financial Services industry with dedicated support for transactions in a wide variety of circumstances (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures & structured investments). You will have the opportunity to work across the areas of buy-side due diligence, sell-side assistance and vendor due diligence, deal and negotiation support for both corporate and private equity clients. Collaborating with other experts to develop a rapid understanding of the client's business and issues, and articulate your findings appropriately in order to deliver high quality reports. Working in a diversified, international environment covering multiple areas. Teaming up with a network of highly talented and knowledgeable experts. Your Skill Set You have a bachelor's or master's degree and have a background in finance (CPA or CFA). You have a thorough understanding of financial accounting and reporting requirements in accordance with internationally recognized reporting standards. At least 5 years of work experience, including 3 years in providing financial due diligence and other transaction-related services in the Financial Services industry. Fluent in English, any other language is a plus. You are energetic, proactive, able to empathise with clients and staff, and are enthusiastic about delivering value to clients. Flexible and demonstrate willingness to conduct business travel for client assignments or business-related matters. Excellent analytical skills and are experienced in using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and additional analytical software tools (e.g. PowerBI, Alteryx) to analyse and present data in a meaningful and efficient way.
