As a member of the team, your role will involve supporting in building other product/revenue streams. You will be responsible for providing monthly updates on current and upcoming competition awareness and market intelligence related to banks and other fintech companies. Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships effectively, focusing on achieving the right mix of subscription plans on a month-on-month basis (Silver/Gold/Platinum/Unlimited). - Work on leads generated through digital marketing, providing feedback for improvement. - Take prompt action on all customer leads, making the first call/email within two days of lead generation and following up every 3 days. - Maintain account plans for all key clients and assist Bank Coverage RMs in KYC procedures for onboarded corporate clients. - Ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements in transaction processing. - Contribute creatively to enhance brand image through digital platforms and act as a brand ambassador on social media. - Guide and contribute to the development of Value Added Services (VAS). - Complete call reports, update pipeline, and other activities to meet KPIs. - Demonstrate the right behavior and uphold the values of Nimai as a brand ambassador. - Actively participate in daily brainstorming morning calls to share insights and strategies. - Manage customer relationships with Group and Divisional Executives, local banks, and regulatory bodies. Qualifications:
Post Graduate from a reputed institution. - Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. - Well-versed with local and relevant regulations. Experience:
Prior sales experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred. - Freshers with a strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
