About the Position:
As a Human Resource Coordinator Shared Service Centre in a fast-growing company, you will have responsibility for supporting professionals we engage on behalf of our clients throughout the region and assisting in the management of the back-end HR, accounting, and legal service providers that support the infrastructure of our international entities. We are looking for someone with experience throughout the EMEA/US/APAC region.
What We Are Looking For:
Minimum Requirements:
2-5 years of SSC experience (HR experience desirable)
Proficient in both written and verbal English with the ability to articulate clearly and effectively in various communication settings. - Literacy with MS Office
Ability to troubleshoot routine process issues effectively using available documentation. - Ability to interact professionally with stakeholders, maintaining a customer-focused and positive relationship in all routine communication. - Demonstrating strong self-motivation, attention to detail, and time management skills to prioritize and meet established SLAs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills for handling day-to-day queries. - Capable of providing feedback on existing processes for minor improvements. - Ability to work in an international team comprised of team members in different locations and from different cultures and backgrounds. - Flexibility to accommodate different time zones based on customer and professional needs. Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:
Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary. - Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
