Amazon Transportation Services Mexico is looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive operational product launches in cross border operations and international supply chain. Cross Border channels offer millions of unique selection to Mexican customers, to which Operations and Transportation Services create the right product to enable both speed and compliance for the channel. We are looking for an independent and innovative leader that has proven record of launching complex products within the cross border and global trade space. This ideal candidate will need to have strong knowledge of Mexico imports regulations. They will scope, design, and launch products that comply with all regulatory framework. They will own the end-to-end roadmap, including iterations across multiple phases. They must effectively communicate and negotiate with a large range of stakeholders, including legal, tax, tech, business, finance, among others. This is a unique opportunity to manage product launches with large impact for Amazon and its customers. This position drives regular communication with senior management, requiring strong communication skills (verbal and written) and executive presentation skills. Key job responsibilities
* Scope, design, plan, and manage the roll out of products to ensure cross border channels continuity and growth. * Own several end-to-end product roadmaps, while effectively prioritizing based on business needs * Own weekly and monthly reporting of launches. * Utilize data and anecdotes to uncover potential issues and drive action according to emerging trends. * Negotiate and influence with various stakeholders and senior leaders to comply with launch targets. * Write and present business strategy documents * Ensure compliance of all product launches, keeping up-to-date with frequently changing regulations and new legislation.
