Key Responsibilities
Engage with customers in India to understand their needs, acting as a technical expert on Axelera AI's platform. - Address inquiries, provide product knowledge, and resolve technical issues directly or via R&D coordination. - Collaborate with Marketing and Business Development on product launches and technology evangelism. - Support Sales in expanding existing accounts, identifying new customers, and defending design wins. - Track customer interactions, ensuring follow-ups and effective communication. - Gather and relay customer feedback to Product Management for product improvements. - Conduct competitive analysis through customer and industry insights. - Assist in creating clear, compelling, and instructive product documentation. - Advocate for customers internally, ensuring responsiveness and driving product enhancements. Qualifications
BS/MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience. - 3+ years of experience in the semiconductor and/or Artificial Intelligence industry in a customer-facing application development or technical support role. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and internal teams effectively. - Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI technology. - Programming experience in a relevant area such as Python, C/C++, OpenCL, CUDA. - Experience using a high-level ML framework such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. - Solid understanding of embedded systems and practical experience with embedded hardware. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to travel to company sites as needed (expect 30%+ travel).
