Qualifications required for this role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on e-commerce
Proven expertise in SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing
Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media ad platforms, email marketing software)
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable strategies
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting
Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO)

Creating and curating engaging, SEO-optimized content for the website, blog, and social media platforms
Managing social media profiles, fostering community engagement, and monitoring brand sentiment
Designing, implementing, and analyzing email marketing campaigns for lead generation and customer retention
Collaborating with web development teams to enhance website UX and conversion rates
Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on key marketing metrics (e.g., traffic, conversions, ROI)
Identifying new growth opportunities and emerging digital marketing trends
Managing affiliate marketing programs and partnerships
Staying updated on industry best practices and competitor activities
Effectively communicating campaign performance and insights to stakeholders
