Job Description Summary You are a commercially driven sales professional with a strong track record in the power generation or energy services sector. You bring deep customer relationship skills, a disciplined approach to pipeline management, and the confidence to lead complex, high-value negotiations from pursuit to close. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Own your accounts end-to-end – serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned customers across the full Gas Power Services portfolio, from parts and repairs to long term service agreements Build and execute account plans – develop a deep understanding of each customer's fleet operational priorities, and upcoming outage schedules toc create a 24-36 month forward pipeline of parts, repairs, and services opportunities. Lead deal negotiations and closures – directly pursue and close transactional deals, partnering with Commercial Operations (CommOps), Application Engineering, and Vertical Sales leaders to bring the full weight of GE Vernova's capabilities to bear. Drive pipeline health – continuously monitor and grow the opportunity pipeline across your territories, ensuring consistent performance against operating plan (OP) targets. Be the voice of the customer – communicate customer needs, competitive intelligence, and market dynamics back into the GE Vernova organization to sharpen our positioning and accelerate response. Required Qualifications A formal qualification in Engineering, Business, or a related field is advantageous, but we are most interested in your total commercial experience and track record in the energy or power generation sector. Minimum 5 years of direct sales or commercial experience within the power generation, turbomachinery, or energy services industry. Proven experience managing key accounts in a technical sales environment, including direct ownership of order targets and pipeline development. Demonstrated ability to lead deal negotiations, structure service agreements, and close transactional deals in a competitive market. Strong ability to communicate across multiple levels of a customer organization — from site-level operators to executive stakeholders — and to translate customer needs into actionable internal plans. Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools (e.g. Salesforce) and standard business reporting platforms.
