Remote Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (Measurement-Informed Care) – Part-Time (California)

Little Otter is a clinician-founded mental health company delivering high-quality, evidence-based care to children and families through a structured, measurement-informed care model. You’ll deliver care through Little Otter’s clinician-founded model, while being supported within the larger Hazel Health organization. We’re building a model where clinicians can see real outcomes from their work while providing accessible, whole-family care. ## The Role

We are seeking independently licensed therapists in California who are passionate about working with children and families within a structured, measurement-informed care model. In this role, you will deliver high-quality virtual therapy while using standardized assessments and ongoing measures to guide diagnosis, track progress, and inform treatment. ## What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based teletherapy to children (ages 6–17) and their families
• Deliver interventions such as CBT, Exposure Response Prevention, Parent Management Training, PCIT, CPP, and other evidence-based modalities
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation (intakes, treatment plans, progress notes) using our platform
