You will be responsible for managing hardware and software assets efficiently at OSBI by implementing effective policies and procedures. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing asset management policies, controls, procedures, and processes aligned with current and future business needs. - Validating and managing hardware asset inventory for accurate tracking and reporting throughout its lifecycle. - Working closely with IT Operational and procurement teams to establish effective operational policies for hardware asset management. - Managing software asset inventory and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. - Providing support and guidance to colleagues on software licensing and best practices. - Collaborating with business departments to track and optimize software deployment records. - Creating monitoring and reporting dashboards for software asset management inventory. - Conducting internal and external software asset audits for compliance verification. - Supporting new hardware and software acquisition, deployment, maintenance, and disposal. - Analyzing cloud services usage for compliance, cost optimization, and usage efficiency. - Building and maintaining a software asset management risk register. - Collaborating with Finance and procurement teams to manage IT asset management activities within budget. - Driving continuous improvement in IT asset management procedures, processes, and tooling.
