As an International Inside Sales Specialist at our company located in Rohini West, New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in managing and converting international leads, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth across global markets. Your communication skills, target-oriented approach, and experience in handling international customers through various channels will be essential for success in this role. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound sales calls with international prospects to generate leads. - Engage with global clients through phone, email, and virtual platforms to understand their requirements and offer suitable products/services. - Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to revenue growth. - Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for effective tracking and follow-ups. - Nurture long-term client relationships by following up on leads and coordinating with marketing and operations teams for smooth closures. - Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to remain competitive. - Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to closure for efficient sales processes. Required Skills & Qualifications:
14 years of experience in international inside sales or B2B/B2C sales. - Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. - Experience working with international time zones. - Strong negotiation and persuasion skills. - Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.). - Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing abilities. - Willingness to work in night shifts, if required. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in EdTech / SaaS / IT / Consulting / Services. - Exposure to international markets.
