As a Lead Research Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at our cutting-edge research and development institution in Delhi, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading innovative projects, guiding a team of talented scientists, and contributing significantly to the advancement of AI technologies. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading and managing research projects in AI/ML, from conceptualization to experimental validation and publication. - Designing, developing, and implementing advanced AI and Machine Learning algorithms and models. - Conducting in-depth data analysis, including data cleaning, feature engineering, and model evaluation. - Mentoring and guiding junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific rigor. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into practical applications and solutions. - Staying abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, deep learning, and related fields. - Authoring high-quality research papers for submission to top-tier conferences and journals. - Presenting research findings internally and externally to diverse audiences. - Managing research budgets and resources effectively. - Contributing to the strategic direction of the R&D department. This role requires an on-site presence at our state-of-the-art facilities in Delhi, IN to facilitate collaboration and hands-on experimentation. Qualifications required for this position include:
Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. - 10+ years of relevant research experience in AI/ML, with a proven track record of significant contributions. - Extensive experience with programming languages such as Python, and ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). - Deep understanding of various ML algorithms (supervised, unsupervised, reinforcement learning) and their applications. - Strong publication record in reputable AI/ML venues. - Experience in leading research teams and managing complex projects. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly. - Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed computing frameworks is a plus.
