6+ years of experience in the area. - 2+ years leading or supervising recruitment teams. - Additional training: agile methodologies, different recruitment software, interview strategies. - Experience in Agile Talent Acquisition and usage of recruitment tools. - Experience in people development (plus). - Experience in agile environments.
