As the Finance Controller at Clariant, your role is to support site and BU management teams by providing financial insights and analysis to aid decision-making. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial data, identifying efficiency improvements, and evaluating capital investments. **Responsibilities:**
Conduct cost center planning for legal entities based on the annual budget
Prepare production cost center plans and activity rates using standard costing
Manage daily operations, focusing on quality and continuous improvement
Participate in Lean Events and drive daily huddle meetings
Support process improvement initiatives and ensure operational compliance
Maintain up-to-date operational procedures and ensure adherence to standardized processes
Review and correct production cost centers, ensuring accuracy
Foster positive relationships with internal and external teams
Provide detailed labor and utilities analysis
Analyze key performance indicators and collaborate on cost reduction opportunities
**Requirements:**
5 years of experience with qualified CMA; 8 years if CA or CMA Inter/MBA
5+ years of controlling experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment
Must have experience in SAP controlling, product costing, and variance analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SAP modules
