Senior Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Produce monthly reports including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting with detailed explanations
• Evaluate financial performance by comparing actual results with plans and forecasts, performing drill downs in financial data, data mining, and business intelligence
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
• Prepare ad hoc financial/management reports by collecting, formatting, analyzing, and explaining information from various sub-systems
• Demonstrate strong business acumen, accounting skills, and proactive problem-solving approach
• Analyze and evaluate financial data, create financial models for decision support

Qualifications:

• 38 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and accounting roles

• Experience in independent end-to-end month-end closing and reporting

• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and management reporting

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint knowledge with working experience

• Good knowledge and working experience on PeopleSoft preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
