Key Responsibilities:
Systems and Process Optimization:
Audit and improve recruitment workflows to ensure efficiency and scalability for a global organization. - Lead the evaluation, implementation, and maintenance of recruiting tools and platforms. - Act as the technical lead for system updates, ensuring proper training and adoption of processes. - Identify bottlenecks in the hiring funnel and implement automated or systemic solutions for resolution. - Data and Analytics:
Build and maintain the "source of truth" for all recruiting data. - Create data models for capacity planning, funnel health, and time-to-fill forecasting. - Develop and manage high-level dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar BI tools. - Establish and enforce data hygiene standards within the ATS and CRM for reporting accuracy and compliance. - Operational Support and Compliance:
Manage relationships with external vendors such as background check providers, job boards, and agencies. - Use data to monitor and improve candidate NPS and hiring manager satisfaction scores. - Ensure all recruiting processes meet global compliance standards and internal audit requirements. - Track and optimize the recruiting technology budget for high ROI on tools. Qualifications Required:
Experience: You should have 4+ years of professional experience, with at least two years focused specifically on Recruiting Operations or People Operations. - Scale: Proven experience in supporting a recruiting organization through periods of significant growth or organizational change. - ATS Expertise: Administrator-level proficiency in modern ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, or Workday, including experience with API integrations.
