As a Computer Hardware Troubleshooter and Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers on computer hardware issues and basic networking problems such as LAN, router, and internet connectivity issues. Your role will also involve conducting AMC site visits, updating service reports, and delivering exceptional customer support. Training will be provided to enhance your skills in troubleshooting and customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
Proficiency in computer hardware troubleshooting
Basic knowledge of networking concepts
Strong communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Prior experience in customer support is a plus Please note that the work location for this full-time position is in person. The salary range for this role is 10,000.00 to 14,000.00 per month.
