As a Workday Functional Consultant specializing in Talent & Performance Management, your role involves providing Tier 2 & 3 support for Workday-related business requests and incidents. You will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Workday modules, driving issue resolution through root cause analysis. Collaboration with stakeholders for requirement gathering, scoping, and solution design is crucial. Additionally, you will be responsible for designing and implementing medium to complex Workday enhancements, managing documentation, and ensuring timely escalation and stakeholder communication. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Required:
4+ years of hands-on experience in Workday Core HCM + at least one module (Recruiting / Compensation / Benefits / Time & Absence)
Strong experience in Talent & Performance modules
Proven experience in end-to-end Workday implementations (Hire to Retire lifecycle)
Expertise in Workday configurations: Business Process, Security, Domain Policies, Reporting, Calculated Fields, etc. - Experience with ticketing tools like ServiceNow / JIRA / ManageEngine
Good understanding of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall / Agile)
