As a Sr. HR Executive, your role involves managing HR operations & execution for office, factory, and field employees. Your responsibilities include:
Managing end-to-end recruitment for front line and middle level hirings by liaising with consultants, internal hiring managers, and candidates. - Conducting pre-joining verification, joining formalities, and induction of new employees. - Monitoring and validating daily attendance for office, sales, and factory staff in HRMS Software. - Handling confirmation/contract renewal, liaison with HODs, and salary processing for off-roll staff under third party agency. - Acting as the HR liaison for factory and sales cluster teams, addressing employee queries related to attendance, payroll, claims, and HR support. - Coordinating training schedules, tracking attendance, completion, and participation, and driving engagement activities and celebrations. - Managing exit formalities, full & final settlement coordination, HR claims processing, and supporting HR Head in governance reporting and monthly MIS. - Handling day-to-day HR operations and providing timely employee support. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include a strong understanding of HR operations, payroll input management, and statutory rules. Excellent communication and coordination skills are essential, along with attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS platforms, SAP, and reporting. Ability to handle confidential data with integrity and professionalism is also crucial. Qualification & Experience:
Education: MSW/ MBA in HR
