Your Impact Take ownership of planning, executing, and completing audits of financial statements for asset managers and private equity funds in compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, Lux GAAP and Swiss GAAP (OR / Swiss GAAP FER) Audit complex investment valuations across private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and real estate asset classes, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness Assess clients' compliance with FINMA regulatory requirements and conduct supervisory audits in line with applicable guidelines Support the preparation of audit files for Partner review and contribute to presenting findings to management and Boards of Directors Leverage digital audit tools and data analytics to structure, visualize, and communicate actionable insights to clients Build and maintain strong client relationships, actively supporting clients on technical accounting and regulatory matters Collaborate with international teams across the USA, Europe, and beyond, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across borders Coach and mentor junior team members through active feedback, knowledge sharing, and on-the-job guidance Your Skill Set A university degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; progress towards or completion of a Swiss CPA (dipl.
