Sicherstellen von Betrieb, Wartung und Lifecycle des Mobile Access Service Verantwortung für Incident-, Change-, Deployment- und Capacity-Prozesse Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung von Netzwerkverbindungen Stellvertretung der Flottenverantwortung der Kundschaft Kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Services, Prozessen und Tools im DevSecOps-Umfeld Deine Skills Technischer Abschluss (EFZ) mit Weiterbildung (FH/HF) in Informatik oder gleichwertiger Abschluss Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Betrieb, der Wartung und Weiterentwicklung mobiler Services sowie in der Netzwerktechnik Kenntnisse in Mobilfunkarchitekturen wie LTE/5G und im Connectivity-Management Erfahrung in Support und Integration von User Equipment und gängigen mobilen Betriebssystemen sowie in der Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentation Agile Arbeitsweise, teamfähig und kommunikativ, du stimmst dich sicher mit technischen und nicht technischen Stakeholdern ab Analytisch, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert, mit hohem Qualitäts- und Sicherheitsbewusstsein Eigenverantwortlich und zuverlässig, du betreibst kritische Services über definierte Servicezeiten und treibst Verbesserungen kontinuierlich voran Sehr gutes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, Englisch von Vorteil Bei uns hast du die Möglichkeit, in einem unserer Offices in der Schweiz oder im Homeoffice zu arbeiten.
