We are looking for a senior, high-impact, and entrepreneurial Product Manager to lead the development of new AI agents and related offerings for our customers. This role will report directly to the AI Agent Product Lead for Infinitus and help us expand our product suite across our Healthcare and Life Science customers. As a senior product leader, you will identify unmet market needs through customer and competitive research, validate concepts for product-market fit, and drive the zero-to-one launch of new offerings to our target customers. New product opportunities lie in areas such as analytics and insights, clinical trials and pharmacovigilance, prior authorization, and others, as the agentic communication space is seeing unprecedented growth. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, possesses deep customer empathy, and has a proven ability and track record of defining new product strategy and successfully bringing complex, innovative products from concept to successful launch.
