Key Responsibilities Project Management: Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring projects to ensure timely delivery of objectives. Track project progress and report updates to relevant stakeholders. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer needs. Analyze data to provide actionable insights for business strategies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth operations. Support the development and maintenance of strong relationships with distribution partners. Administrative Support: Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documentation for internal and external use. Manage schedules, meetings, and other administrative tasks to support the team. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improving operational efficiency and propose solutions. Assist in implementing new processes and monitoring their effectiveness. Skills & Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in a business or scientific-related field. Proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. Advanced skills in MS Office Suite. Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. High level of self-motivation and adaptability to dynamic environments.
