Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, plan, and manage a program of high-priority work initiatives within BOOST, including cross-functional and enterprise-wide projects
- Act as a change agent to foster a customer-centric quality culture and drive measurable business process improvements
- Interface with internal departments, senior executives, and Global Service vendors to ensure successful project implementation
- Assess RCM workflow and process issues, develop resolutions, and monitor productivity, quality, and client success
- Create detailed work plans, schedules, project timelines, estimates, resource plans, budgets, and status reports
- Oversee and coordinate all aspects of a project, conduct project meetings, and ensure expected deliverables and timelines are met
- Collaborate with Global Vendor Liaison to manage vendor tasks, track deliverables, and provide project management guidance to the team
- Recommend and implement solutions to project problems, lead client and internal meetings, and perform other assigned duties
Qualifications Required:
- Four to five years of relevant experience preferred, or equivalent combination of experience and education
- Experience with healthcare revenue cycle and medical billing operations required
- PMP certification preferred
- Knowledge of and experience with RCM workflows and processes
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and attention to detail
Experience managing vendor relationships or offshore relationships is a plusStrategic planner with technical skills, analytical ability, and operational focusAbility to lead cross-functional project teams, manage multiple priorities and deadlines, and collaborate effectively with peersWell-organized, self-directed individual able to work with minimal supervisionCapability to complete tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
