In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling the Long-Term Rental business. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Owning the P&L and overall business strategy for the Long-Term Rental vertical
- Building and executing the go-to-market strategy to scale Long-Term Rental across target segments
- Driving revenue growth by acquiring large enterprise clients and strategic accounts
- Establishing and scaling a high-quality sales funnel and pipeline engine
- Leading large, multi-year deal closures and complex commercial negotiations
- Defining and optimizing Long-Term Rental product offerings, pricing models, and fleet strategy
- Working closely with operations, supply, and finance teams to ensure profitability and scalability
- Building and leading a high-performing sales and account management team
- Identifying new market opportunities, partnerships, and expansion channels
- Tracking and driving key business metrics such as revenue, utilization, margins, and customer retention
Qualifications required for this role include:
- 10 years of experience in Long Term Rental / Leasing / Mobility / Automotive / Fleet Management
- Proven track record of building and scaling a business vertical or category
- Strong experience in enterprise B2B sales and large deal closures
- Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive revenue growth at scale
- Deep understanding of leasing models, contract structures, and fleet economics
