As a Settlement Executive at our dynamic fintech team, you will be responsible for handling transaction settlements, reconciliations, and payouts. Your meticulous skills will ensure seamless and accurate operations, as you collaborate with banks, payment gateways, and internal stakeholders to enhance efficiency in our payment ecosystem. Key Responsibilities:
Process daily settlements across various platforms such as UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets. - Conduct reconciliations between internal systems, banks, and payment gateways. - Resolve transaction mismatches, discrepancies, failed/pending/reversed transactions, and refunds. - Execute timely payouts to merchants/vendors according to settlement cycles. - Generate MIS reports, settlement summaries, and data insights. - Collaborate with banks, payment gateways, and cross-functional teams for swift issue resolution. - Maintain audit-ready documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Must-Have Skills:
Strong understanding of payment lifecycles, settlements, and financial operations. - Proven experience in reconciliation with analytical problem-solving abilities. - Excellent communication, coordination, and attention to detail. Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
