As an HRIS Analyst at Rocket Software Inc., you will be responsible for a variety of Human Resource Information System (HRIS) functions. Your role will involve ensuring data integrity, system configuration, reporting, and data analytics for all of Rocket's Human Resource Systems, with a focus on Workday. Your attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and adherence to best practices will be crucial in supporting legal and compliance requirements globally. Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data entered into HR Systems through data audits. - Maintain data in the Workday system and ensure information is readily available. - Perform group data/bulk updates, exports, imports, data clean-ups, and address any data discrepancies. - Deliver routine and ad hoc reporting as needed, including data analysis on various HR information. - Act as a key contact with all systems vendors and project manager for system upgrades or changes. - Support the HR team in establishing connections for vendor file feeds and system integration with IT. - Assist with data analysis for Mergers and Acquisitions during the due diligence process. - Manage data for Affirmative Action Plans and collaborate with third-party vendors on requests. Qualifications Required:
At least five years of experience working with HR systems, reporting, dashboard creation, and corporate HR departments. - Knowledge of database maintenance concepts. - Advanced experience with Excel and reporting tools. - Familiarity with human resource information systems (Workday preferred). - Bachelor's degree in business systems, HR, or a related field preferred. - Experience working in a complex global organization.
