As an Export Executive at Umedra Exports Pvt. Ltd., your role involves owning the end-to-end export operations for personal care products and OTC ointments. You will ensure that every shipment is compliant, on time, and fully documented, while maintaining alignment with internal teams, banks, and global partners. **Key Responsibilities:**
Prepare, verify, and manage core export documents like Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, MSDS, and COA
Ensure full compliance with LC terms, contracts, DGFT, Customs, FEMA, and RBI regulations
Handle export incentive schemes including RoDTEP, Duty Drawback, EPCG, and Advance License
Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHAs, shipping lines, airlines, and transporters
Track shipments end-to-end, proactively resolve delays, and communicate status to customers and internal teams
Arrange pre-shipment inspections as required
Submit documents for LC negotiation and collection
Follow up on export payment realization (BRC)
Maintain audit-ready records
Update ERP systems and export registers; prepare MIS reports for management
Collaborate with production, stores, quality, finance, and sales to keep shipment schedules on track
Lead and mentor a team of 25 people
**Qualifications Required:**
Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, International Business, Logistics, or related field
5+ years of export documentation and logistics experience, preferably in personal care, OTC, or FMCG
Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, customs procedures, and international trade regulations
Hands-on experience with MS Office, ERP systems, and export documentation software
Sharp attention to detail, strong coordination skills, and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
