Key Responsibilities:
Work with system teams to plan technical Integrated, End-to-End, and Regression Testing aligned with portfolio and program level epics. - Participate in agile development and collaborate with developers and product managers to plan for testing. - Leverage test management and execution tools such as Jira and Zephyr. - Measure and monitor progress and results during each test to ensure timely and budgeted testing, validation, and demoing of the product. - Ensure the team follows testing standards, guidelines, and methodology. - Develop reusable automated test scripts and maintain their compatibility. - Facilitate continuous improvement including test automation identification and implementation. - Act as the first escalation point for issues within the integrated testing phase and escalate when necessary. - Create test strategies for programs/projects to achieve defined quality objectives. - Serve as a subject matter expert in test management across different methodologies. - Communicate the importance of and drive team compliance with Cigna policies and procedures. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. - Previous experience in test management and leading testing phases. - Strong understanding of testing standards, methodologies, and tools. - Experience with test automation and scripting. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Ability to drive continuous improvement and adhere to quality objectives.
