Job Description and Requirements Your Responsibilities As a leader in the infrastructure group, you will: Lead technical discussion with the support of technical leads and architects to develop effective solutions. Foster a high-performance culture and cost-effective practices. Serve as a technology evangelist, staying ahead of industry trends. Contribute hands-on software design, development, and integration. Oversee a Scrum team, ensuring its success through Agile principles and leadership. Drive organizational efficiency through industry best practices for SaaS products. Allocate team members' efforts strategically based on organizational needs. Manage the team's workload, hiring, and performance evaluation. Provide continuous employee development opportunities to help your team grow. Develop a strategic vision for your team's domains. Implement operational policies and drive process improvements. Required Qualifications 2+ years of experience leading software engineering teams Hands-on experience in building high-scale, high-load distributed systems Familiarity with modern programming languages – C#, Javascript, Python Fluency in Cloud native architecture (Azure preferred, AWS, GCP) Ability to motivate teams and improve efficiency under pressure Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills Structured approach to performance management and feedback Experience with Agile methodologies Fluency in AI tools usage for SDLC work and processes optimization Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in or leading teams utilizing LLM, RAG, AI Agents, and embeddings. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 288 000 and 432 000PLN The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
