Responsibilities: As Territory Sales Manager Medical, you'll own the medical vertical in your territory and drive real impact:

Grow revenue & market share Hunt for new hospitals, nursing homes, diagnostic centers, and convert them to Ansell's premium range (targeted sales + recurrent business). Build loyal relationships Become the go-to expert for end users (surgeons, purchase heads, infection control teams) and distributors. Coach & empower distributors Train their teams on Ansell products, run powerful joint calls, in-services, and promotional programs that win business. Strategize like a pro Create monthly territory plans, spot new opportunities (new hospitals/projects), and use CRM (Salesforce) to stay sharp. Lead in the field Network at medical exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and local healthcare forums

Budget management
