At ThermoFisher Scientific, as a Project Leader III, your main responsibility will be to lead the design, development, and qualification of laboratory products manufactured across global sites. You will also drive cost optimization and design standardization initiatives. Your role will involve leading cross-functional teams, executing Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives, conducting product cost analysis, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at or below target cost. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-impact projects in a program management capacity

Drive the design and qualification of globally manufactured products, ensuring compliance with engineering and quality standards

Execute and lead Value Analysis / Value Engineering (VAVE) initiatives to identify and implement cost reduction opportunities without compromising quality or performance

Conduct product cost analysis, teardown benchmarking, and competitive assessments to drive informed decision-making

Deliver measurable business impact, including $1M annual cost savings

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and at or below target cost through robust engineering planning
