Key Responsibilities:
**Search Engine Optimization (SEO)**
Develop and execute cutting-edge SEO strategies to achieve remarkable traffic growth and rankings. - Collaborate with the content team to create high-quality, engaging, and SEO-friendly content for various platforms. - Analyse search engine algorithms, trends, and competitor strategies to stay ahead in the game. - Conduct in-depth keyword research, optimize on-page and off-page SEO, and implement scalable backlink strategies. - Perform regular technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve issues. - Monitor, track, and report organic performance with actionable insights for improvement. - **Paid Marketing**
Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. - Create engaging ad copies, headlines, and visuals to resonate with target audiences. - Manage budgets effectively to ensure maximum ROI while meeting KPIs. - Perform A/B testing and experiment with new ad formats, audiences, and bidding strategies. - Continuously analyze paid campaign performance and refine strategies to boost conversions. - **Experimentation & Strategy Development**
Embrace a test-and-learn approach, experimenting with innovative ideas in both SEO and paid marketing. - Develop and execute holistic strategies that integrate organic and paid efforts to drive long-term and short-term results. - Push boundaries with experimental campaigns and content ideas to uncover new growth opportunities. - Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to create impactful campaigns and assets that convert. - **Client Coordination**
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their goals and expectations are met. - Understand client objectives and provide strategic guidance for SEO and paid campaigns. - Regularly communicate campaign performance, deliverables, and insights through detailed reports. - Gather client feedback and collaborate with internal teams to implement improvements. - Build strong relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and ensuring satisfaction. Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - 7 years of proven success in both SEO and paid marketing. - Expertise in SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz). - Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication. - Team-oriented with a proactive and innovative mindset. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
