Drive Strategic Market Growth: Identify and prioritize high-potential accounts, executing a plan to convert competitive business and expand Natera’s footprint across the North Fort Worth corridor. - Build Trusted Clinical Partnerships: Develop deep-rooted relationships with MFMs, OB/GYNs, and office leadership by serving as a credible clinical resource who understands the daily pressures of their practice. - Evolve Diagnostic Standards: Use a consultative approach to help providers shift their routine habits, highlighting the superior clinical value and patient outcomes provided by Natera's platforms. - Own Territory Performance: Manage your geography with a business-owner mentality, focusing heavily on the while strategically covering Southlake, Grapevine, and surrounding areas. - Maintain a dominant and consistent presence in the field through strategic in-person education, meticulous account planning, and high-visibility follow-up. - Comfort and willingness to engage in professional dinners, educational programs, and after-hours events to solidify partnerships and foster long-term loyalty outside of the clinic. ###
Bachelor’s Degree required (BS, Nursing, or related healthcare field preferred). - Minimum 3+ years of physician sales experience (Diagnostics, Women's Health, or Med Device). - Proven Business-Builder: A track record of successfully growing market share and opening new business in a highly competitive environment. - Consultative Credibility: Ability to lead with clinical data to drive meaningful changes in provider behavior and "close" new business. - High Accountability: Self-motivated with a relentless drive for results and a high sense of urgency. - Experience navigating complex office dynamics and managing the transition from legacy laboratory relationships. The total on-target earnings (OTE) package includes a competitive base salary along with uncapped quarterly commissions. Beyond OTE, the compensation also features a car allowance and Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The compensation package listed is for 1st year OTE, which are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. On-target earnings (OTE) represent the total potential income an employee can earn by achieving 100% of their performance goals.
