As a part of Shree Gautam Enterprises, a dedicated innovator and manufacturer of high-quality electrical products, you will be working in a hands-on, high-ownership role within the Appliances & Electronics Manufacturing space. This role entails managing the full production cycle, working directly with the founders, and actively contributing to the growth and success of the company. **Key Responsibilities:**
Manage end-to-end production cycles, from work order creation to finished goods
Build and maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), track material consumption and scrap accurately
Plan production runs based on demand and available inventory
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely material availability
Monitor quality at every stage, flag and resolve issues proactively
Maintain production records and contribute to reporting
Assist in product development, working on new designs, prototypes, and understanding the manufacturing process
Help identify process improvements and implement them effectively
**Qualifications Required:**
Manufacturing background with exposure to production environments like OEM, fabrication, or electronics assembly
Strong process thinking skills, understanding the importance of BOM, consumption, scrap, and production planning
Familiarity with ERPNext is advantageous; experience with other ERP or MRP platforms like SAP, Odoo, or Tally Prime is desirable
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Freshers with internship or project exposure in manufacturing are encouraged to apply; 01 year of formal experience preferred
